Administration
1. Lie on the back in the bathtub with knees bent.
2. Gently insert the plastic tip into the vagina to a depth that is comfortable for the woman.
3. Release the clamp of the fountain syringe, or gently squeeze the bulb syringe, to allow fluid to flow into the vagina.
4. When the pelvic area feels full, enough fluid has been inserted into the vagina. Too much fluid or pressure can push against the uterus and may lead to irritation or infection.
5. Gently remove the plastic tip and hold the labia for 1 minute to keep the fluid within the vagina.
6. Release the labia after 1 minute to allow the fluid to flow out.
7. Dispose equipment or wash reusable equipment with soap and hot water.
· Do not use until ≥6-8 hours after sexual intercourse if a vaginal spermicide was used or if a diaphragm, cervical cap, contraceptive jelly/cream/foam was used during sexual intercourse.
· Do not use 24-48 hours before a gynecologic examination.
· Do not use until ≥ 3 days after last dose of vaginal antifungal.
· Do not douche more than twice per week.
