Direction for Administration
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Remove contact lenses prior to administration ot products containing benzlkonium chloride.
3. If the medication is a suspension, shake the bottle before using it.
4. Tilt your head backwards slightly.
5. Keeping both eyes open, place a finger jus under your eye, and gently pull down the lower eyelid of the affected eye to form a V-shaped pouch. Hold the bottle almost horizontally and, while looking upward, place drop(s) into the pouch of your lower eyelid. Apply 1-2 drops every 3-4 hours when necessary and up to 4 times per day.
6. Gently close your eye for one to two minutes, and roll your eyeball in all directions.
7. Common side-effects include burning/stinging upon instillation, and rebound redness may occur with prolonged used.
8. Patients who are unresponsive to non-prescription therapy for 72 hours should be referred to a physician.
9. Store at controlled room temperature (15°C to 25°C) and do not use after more than 30 days after opening.
