Patient Counselling
How to Use: (1, 2)
1) Select the corresponding size of nasal strips that will fit across the bridge of the nose (Large size intended for most adults)
2) Wash and dry the nose before use to remove any excess oils or dirt (for better results try using alcohol/astringent to remove excess oils)
3) If skin on the nose is dry, try adding a drop of lotion on the nose under where the center of the strip will be placed
4) Remove the liner and position the strip across the bridge of the nose as depicted below
5) Do not touch the adhesive
6) Strip can be applied day or night but should not be used for more than 12 hours consecutively
7) Dispose of each strip after each use. Do not reuse the strips
Cautions: (1, 2)
1) Nasal strips are recommended for external use only
2) Do not use if the area of the nose is sunburned, irritated or covered with sores
3) If irritation or rash occurs on the skin, then discontinue use
4) Do not use if children are under the age of 5
5) Caution if patient has a latex allergy as packaging may cause allergic reaction

1) Drug-free. No risk of drug interactions or side effects
2) Effects are seen immediately after strip is applied
