- Use cautiously with other acne medications, as skin irritation can be exacerbated.
- Use with mild cleansers.
- Apply to face, avoiding mucous membranes, after cleansing face.
- Use once or twice daily.
- May take several weeks to see benefits.
- Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
- Avoid use with medications that may reduce skin’s ability to heal (e.g., corticosteroids, isotretinoin).
- Protect skin from sunlight (e.g., hat, sunscreen)
